Cast Wines 2022 Zinfandel, Estate Vineyards

Classic Dry Creek Valley Zinfandel, crafted onsite at our winery from CAST's estate five-acre vineyard. Our 2022 Estate Zinfandel is an amazing representation of what Dry Creek Valley can do. This wine is fruit driven but elegant with concentrated red and black fruit notes, clove, vanillin, black cherry, and soft raspberry coulis. The palate is deeply concentrated with tons of fresh fruit notes on the front palate and some lingering tannins on the mid and back palate. This is a wine to drink now with food or hold on to for aging and seeing what a Zinfandel can do with time in bottle! No shipping to UT.
