8" tall Sycamore Wooden Peppermill, Dyed Orange (P36)

Beautiful wooden peppermill handmade from Sycamore. I've dyed the wood a nice deep Orange color to give it a little extra pop. The dye has been sealed with a coat of sanding sealer followed by multiple coats of Danish Oil. The pictures show the mill from all 4 sides. The body of the mill measures 8-3/8" tall, when measured to the top of the knob it's 8-7/8" tall. I used a Deluxe Stainless Steel grinding mechanism which is durable, high quality, requires no maintenance, and is made in the USA. The mechanism will not corrode and should last a lifetime. This mill should only be used with pepper, never salt. The details on my peppermills extend beyond just the outside looks. The bottom is finished to the same high standards and detail as the rest of the mill. The top turns smoothly and freely - you will never have a squeaky or binding top in any of my mills. The fit between the head and body is perfect - just as you would expect an heirloom should be! The finish is smooth to the touch - something you'll appreciate every time you use it.
