Zora’s coveted vineyard was planted in the Spring of 2001 with a spacing of 6’ by 4’. This half of the vineyard was planted in Dijon Clone 667. Gold Medal at San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition 2024. A bouquet reminiscent of roses, warm cherries and Kirsch liqueur. This bold Pinot reveals ripe black cherries balanced with pomegranate, orange-peel and ruby-red grapefruit qualities, followed by a rich, gravelly texture and a long complex finish. Pair with: Crab Bisque, Pork in a Tarragon Cream Sauce, Grilled Salmon, Teriyaki Chicken, Crab Cakes, Caesar Salad with lots of anchovies, Creamy Pesto Pasta, or Filet Mignon.
