This is a case of twelve (12) bottles of Chateau le Bouis La Clape. Chateau Le Bouis La Clape shows the best from Southern France. Grown near the Pyrenees mountains it has the same grapes as our Cuvee St. Vincent: Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre, Carignan and Cinsault. With aromas of sweet spices and cloves, the taste is soft, velvety and silky. Hints of almond and slightly earthy red beets linger on the palate. A perfect companion to prime rib with asparagus and mashed potatoes or veal and lamb.
