This is a case of 12 bottles of Guldentaler Schlosskapelle Kabinett (Classic) White Wine. This quality wine is made from the Mueller-Thurgau grape grown in the Nahe region of Germany and made in the Kabinett style, which gives it a touch of sweetness. It has the taste of apple and pear with a bit of floral-tropical fruits on the nose. Great as an aperitif or enjoy it with light foods like salads. However, this wine really shows off when paired with lightly spiced foods such as mild Thai. Suggested cheese pairings: Edam, Gouda or Gorgonzola.
