A few important things to note: while the home is waterfront with no houses between you and the lake, there is no direct water access from the property. A path and privately owned green space sit between the home and the water. Like all homes on this side of the lake, the property is on a well and uses well water. The lower level features low ceilings (approximately 6 feet) in the downstairs twin bedroom and bathroom with double vanity and tub. The first and second floors are connected by a spiral staircase, and the lower level has a walk-out to the outside. Due to the spiral staircase, this home may not be suitable for some small children, pets, or guests with mobility concerns. The upstairs two bedrooms and shared full bath with walk-in shower, as well as the downstairs kitchen, have standard ceiling heights.

Welcome to , located on the northeast corner of the lake (the "high" side) overlooking rolling waves and stunning water views. Walking distance to both waterview and Papa Boos this cottage is great for anyone looking to explore the lake. This home has been fully renovated, with a walk in shower, tranquil soaking tub, hot tub and outdoor space with fire pit, grill, and patio furniture. There are three bedrooms with a king, queen, and two twin beds upstairs, bathroom and laundry on the first floor, full renovated kitchen, living room, master bedroom, as well as sitting room and game room/space. All bedrooms and living room have ROKU TVs and memory foam mattresses. Please note this property has limited parking (max of 4 cars) on a gravel drive on an incline (4WD/AWD is a must with snow or ice) and is on a well with a Kinetico filtration system.
