The lower-level has 2 separate-half baths (1 with shower, 1 with toilet, both have sinks), a bedroom with 2 queen beds and bar area with a TV, foosball table and dart board. The lower level also allows a direct walk out to the year-round hot tub. Outside you will find a deck with patio table, chairs and a gas grill (propane provided). There is also a fire pit (wood provided), kayaks-free for your use and a large yard. The surrounding areas of Waterford, Burlington and Lake Geneva have plenty of activities, restaurants and bars to choose from. We are located just 18 minutes away from Alpine Valley for summer concerts, winter skiing and tubing The entire home is yours to use during your stay, so make yourself at home.
