** SALE ** Chavez Family Cellars 2023 Elsa's Blend

A white wine blend from Sonoma County's Russian River Valley. The grapes for Elsa’s Blend Sauvignon Blanc are a combination of Sauvignon Blanc and Moscato Canelli. We field blend the two varietals to produce the unique taste of Elsa’s Blend. This wine displays intense aromas of ripe pineapple, passionfruit, and hints of grapefruit. The palate showcases intense and vibrant flavors of minerality with hints of summer fruits. The grapes are hand harvested in the early morning and pressed using the “whole cluster press method”. Using selected yeast strains, the wine is fermented at a low temperature and cellared to a cool temperature until bottled. Elsa’s Blend is ready to be enjoyed in the afternoon with friends or during dinner with family. Shipping only in California or via 3rd party shipper to all other states.
