Enjoy 3 of each of the following wines:
2019 Phoebe Keys Red Blend, Alexander Valley
A Proprietary Blend of 55% Zinfandel, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Primitivo, 5% Sangiovese & 5% Malbec made by award-winning winemaker, Diane Wilson. Stunning in color, this deeply brick-red wine is replete with aromas of late-summer berry, dusty tobacco, eucalyptus and a hint of cocoa. Balckberry, currant and boysenberry meld with medium tannins on the palate, while a light woodsiness emerges on the finish.
2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Preston RSV, Alexander Valley
An aromatic beam of bright red fruit is laced with hints of toasty oak and vanillin cherry. The opulent entry sets the stage for the dark, luscious flavors that embrace the palate and linger. Mocha-infused fruit--cherry, boysenberry and currant--in a slightly chewy texture is joined by subtle tones of semi-sweet chocolate and dark plum. Even with the firm yet integrated structure, this Cabernet is accessible now with minimal decanting.
2020 Meritage Artisan, Alexander Valley
Double Gold Medal 2024 Sonoma County Harvest Fair. 95 Points, Best of Class at International Women’s 2025. Seductive aromatics of freshly crushed blackberry mingle with hints of mocha, chocolate and vanillin oak. That first sip showcases the round mouthfeel and opulent flavors. Layers of dark cherry and nuanced leather and bacon surround a bright blackberry core laced with black pepper. A tinge of herbal appears mid-palate to add interest, while toasted oak comes in at the finish, adding depth and structure.
2023 Primitivo Alexander Valley
The nose is consumed by tantalizing aromatics of high-toned dark fruit and deep-set peppery spices. The flavors that follow don’t disappoint. A velvety mouthfeel and spice-laden texture reveal a treasure of flavors—Santa Rosa plum, boysenberry, coffee and a trace of leather—that coalesce and linger in the finish. This fresh, lively wine is great to share at a gathering of friends, or is a great pick-me-up after a long workday.
