We strive to honor what has transpired here over the past 150 years in Soda Rock's history with our wines. With a large line-up of Cabernet Sauvignons and Bordeaux varietals, Soda Rock wines are big & bold, just like its historic past. Captivating aromas of boysenberry, cherry and black raspberry infused with forest floor fill the nose. The velvety smooth entry and spicy cedar-laced texture frame layers of blackberry pie, Bing cherry, Santa Rosa plum, red currant sorbet, cassis and a trace of orange zest that adds a mid-palate brightness. Robust tannins settle down as the wine opens, exposing lovely oak notes and hints of mocha and vanilla. Drinkable now, this Cabernet’s complexity and elegance will deepen with additional bottle aging. Case of 12 bottles. This winery has no shipping restrictions.
